I want to thank everyone for coming down to the first GASO. Hopefully we will have more to come this spring and summer. There were no winners, nor were there losers, just a wonderful time was had by all.
I must say Chris's wheel of meat was spectacular! As was the ham leg, and all the beer can chickens, most of which were wrapped in bacon, of course.

The wheel of meat picture is down below, on the smoker, next to the ham leg. I can show you what is looks like a couple of days later if you'd like.
