Smoking Saturday Continues....

We here at the Institute have instituted "Smoking Saturday's", to promote the fact that we smoke, in the smoker, whatever we have on hand, be it pork shoulder, or ribs, or chicken, we smoke the meat all day on Saturday, every Saturday unless otherwise notified.

Everyone is welcome.

That being said, I have an 8 pound pork shoulder currently marinating in apple cider and brown sugar starting today Wednesday November 18, to be smoked all day Saturday November 21st.

Please feel free to stop by and bring something to smoke, or just to hang out and fish.

Smoke catfish is always welcome.
